KEY BENEFITS OF THE MEGA GREEN SYSTEM

By applying the lightweight composite material (GFRC) to the (EPS) walls, ceilings, floors, beams, and columns, a robust and sustainable building structure is achieved. These materials combined form an incredibly strong bond that is lightweight and yet withstands tremendous compound loads. The fibers in the GFRC are disbursed throughout the matrix of the composite which makes the material three to five times stronger than steel. Using these components together a building structure that has no thermal breaks (airtight and heavily insulated) is achieved. In order to address the wide range of housing needs throughout the world, this housing concept is cost-effective, seismically safe, energy efficient and sustainable.

  • Comfort: Buildings constructed of EPS have a more even temperature throughout the day and night, fewer drafts, fewer cold- and hot spots, and have a more consistent temperature from floor to ceiling.

  • Quiet: An EPS wall allows two-thirds less incidental sound energy through than conventional brick-, wood-frame or gypsum-paneled walls. This reduces annoying, unwanted noise significantly. You have to experience it to appreciate it.

  • Energy Efficiency: The savings come from the same characteristics that make EPS buildings so comfortable: the high insulation of the foam, the thermal mass of the concrete, and the low air infiltration of the foam-concrete sandwich. EPS reduces the long-term costs of heating, cooling, painting, and general maintenance

  • Strength: EPS buildings has an excellent record of surviving natural disasters in the USA.

  • Durability: GFRC has abiding characteristics. It is resistant to rust, rot, damp, burning, oxidation, and pests. EPS walls require little or no maintenance.

  • Design Flexibility: EPS walls can be easily formed to decorative designs and curves and be coated or covered with any conventional finishes such as acrylics, brick, stone, wood, hardboard, vinyl, etc.
